$130 per night, 3 night minimum
$700 per week (Sat to Sat, includes cleaning fee) can be somewhat flexible
$2,200 per month (4 weeks)
(11% in Taxes added to all rates)

$150 per night, 3 night minimum
$800 per week (Sat to Sat, includes cleaning fee) can be somewhat flexible
$2,900 per month (4 weeks)
(11% in Taxes added to all rates)

(Rates are subject to increase without notice. Please check with us at the time of reservation.)

Security deposit $100. Reservation fee: $50.00 to hold time slot, is put toward rental fee upon check-in. Credit cards preferred for payment. Full payment due 3 weeks prior to arrival. If left excessively dirty/trashy, then we will deduct extra cleaning fee charged by the cleaning service from the security deposit. Pets will be decided on individual basis. If approved, there will be a $50 non-refundable per pet fee. Maximum of 2 pets.
